Bumble Bee?!

A Pair, A Day

Deck Shoes

I usually don't like the scratchy feel of Mohair, but I loved
this sweater. The neon green and navy stripes have such
a terrific nautical feel to them and the airy knit makes
it the perfect layering sweater. I was all excited to
finally have a chance to wear it as the temperature
finally headed back toward a much more Fall feeling

I was referred to as "Bumble Bee" through out the day
and couldn't figure out why until I look at my stripes
in the light and realized that my navy looked much
more like black.

Oh, well, I really like bumble bees so I am fine
with this being my bumble bee sweater.
I immediately thought about how convenient
this sweater is for making a cute bee costume
for this year. All I need are wings:)

My hair should be the perfect winter length by the time
it starts snowing in another month.
I am lucky that it grows quickly.

I paired up my DIY chains with another chain necklace to
toughen up my rather preppy outfit.

Sweater: Gap; Jacket: Target, Clearance; Necklaces: DIY (Me);
Jeans: Seven, Marshall's; Shoes: Payless

Enjoy!

XOXO,

Julie

  1. LOVE your shoes! Why is it that people always associated black and yellow with bumblebees? I love the navy and yellow sweater :) I can't believe you said snow in another month! But you are right, it will be here soon, AHH! Heather
