I am always looking for new ways to extend my budget but update my style as well. Who What Wear.com came up with a terrific DIY for achieving a dip dye look without breaking the bank. In fact I actually have all of the materials right at home. I discovered this while on vacation so I will post the results as soon as we adjust from our vacation.
