Angular Cream and Black

When: Tuesday, March 15th
Raining and pouring and spring rains roaring. That was what occured right when I was supposed to be heading outside to take a few shots of my lovely outfit for Tuesday. So since the rain prevented me from doing just that I decided to fake it with pictures in front of my office window. A little posing practice in unconventional locations is good for the soul:) I like how the pictures make me look like I am shooting a campaign for heels since I do LOVE my new ones.

I had been stalking the Modcloth website waffling back and forth about purchasing this adorable ruffled shoulder graphic print tunic. I was really lucky a few weeks back to spot it on the Cabin Fever sale. Even luckier was that they still had my size in the dress for a fraction of the price I would have paid. When it arrived I didn't realize that it was going to be a really thin knit that appears to contain angora. I am allergic to angora but am able to wear a long sleeve shirt under the tunic for added warmth and to keep the angora at bay. I paired the tunic with skinny knit pants and my new snake skin print heels. Finally, for some added warmth, and to avoid having to wear my parka, I wore my Modcloth wool A-line coat as a blazer over the tunic. I really am loving the 60's vibe of the outfit along with the modern edge that it has.
