My sister turned 35 yesterday!
We met at the Prickly Pear in Ann Arbor for dinner.
Dinner was fantastic and we were able to sit on the back patio of the restaurant which was perfect for the little ones to be able to move around without bothering the other diners.

Auntie Laurie was very excited over her present.
Laurie loves Alexander McQueen
so I went online and purchased the book of his exhibit from the Costume Institute in NYC.
Laurie and Dave lived outside of London, England for two years.
So this was a double special present because Laurie was also super excited for the Royal Wedding and Kate Middleton's dress was from the House of McQueen.
We are also hoping to plan a sister's trip to NYC to visit my friend Ruth for the weekend in October.
The Costume Institute was closed in February prepping for the McQueen exhibit so I definitely want to visit it when I get a chance to visit NYC again.
Otto was a big help and took Mama's pictures for me outside of the
Chocolate House of Ann Arbor located near the Prickly Pear.

I treated O and A to some yummy ice cream for dessert before we headed home.
I broke my usual pattern and ordered the Savannah Summer.
It was a delicious peachy flavored treat.
The perfect flavor to compliment a fabulous evening with my family.
I have been really inspired lately by all of the lovely bloggers who have been sporting full skirts lately.
Laurie passed on this white and eyelet embellished skirt to me earlier this spring but I couldn't figure out what to pair it with until I read this post this week.
