Spring It On

When: Wednesday, March 23
I am craving Spring wear so I have challenged myself to come up with items from my closet that are still warm but instill a sense of hope that warmer weather is on the horizon. I haven't worn this dress or coat very often since purchasing them but as I have continued to blog and take outfit pictures I have ventured out to take a better look at my closet. I actually wish I have more of a collection of fun dresses. This would be a goal for purchasing new things from now on. Yeah, shopping!

I love taking a pictures since most of the time they make me appear like I am loving what is going on around me. This is a perfect example of this. It was sleeting and blowing 10mph during this photo shoot. YUCK YUCK to say the least but still the picture can deceive to make it appear that things are just peachy. I was going to succumb again to taking the pictures inside but I LOVE my In-Laws yard and I was heading there for a delicious dinner (there is A LOT of love in my mom-in-laws cooking) so I jumped at the chance. Even with a lack a of the beautiful blooms that perfume the air in spring and summer there is so much darker muted colors that still exist there that the color pops next to them. Enjoy!

XOXO,

J

  4. Your style is amazing and so bold. Scrolled through quite a number of your posts -- loved the vertical stripes jacket that you wore about ten posts back, and the medieval look was incredible as well.
