A Little Jacket, A Big Difference

When: Wednesday, March 10

I went to hang out with one of my dear Staci (ey)'s. I seem to collect them since all of my really close friends are all named Stacey (i). Interesting fact isn't it:) Anyway, I was out a little late on Tuesday night and didn't decide what I was going to wear to work on Wednesday. This meant having to put something together on the fly and hoping for the best. Three configurations later and here is my outfit. I missed Every Body, Every Wear's polka dot day on Tuesday so I decided to wear my own version of polka dots on Wednesday. I am trying to insight some color into my life so I put the sleeveless polka dot shirt over a burnt orange top. Then I added the scarf over that and belted it. I looked in the mirror and thought about taking pictures and realized that I didn't like the way the scarf looked next to the polka dot shirt.  So I put on a cardigan and added the scarf back. It still looked really strange to me so off came the cardigan. That is when I thought about the jacket hanging in my closet. It is one of my favorite things to wear in the spring and summer because it is fitted and can be dressed up or down. The jacket did the trick so I added the scarf back on and Voila an outfit is born.

XOXO,

J

What do you think about that pants?
