I have to say, one of my favorite ways to mix up my closet is to wear items that are a little more dressy with a casual spin.
I find if I can spin my wardrobe in this way than I can stretch it in a new directions.
I find myself wishes that I lived during a time where hats were a must wear statement for every outfit.
Hats are one of my favorite accessories, but honestly I hardly ever wear them.
I have quite a few and they never quite make it to being worn.
On a whim I decided to wear this fedora to try out the idea of adding a few more hats to my styling options.
I love how it looks with this outfit and I love how it looks without the fedora as well.
I suppose that is the beauty of accessories, outfits can work in lots of different ways with just a change of an accessory.
Have you ever tried to mix up an outfit with changing up your accessories?
I would love to hear about what accessories surprised you in your remix.
Happy Monday!
XOXO,
Julie

the maxi is just gorgeous. I keep trying hats, but my head is so dang big that they never seem to fit in a way that is comfortable to me. I'd love to wear them if I could.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun setting for the silver dress. Thanks so much for sharing on Monday Mingle and have a fashionable week. xoxox Nicole
