What:
So I was getting ready really quickly, like 15 minutes, to go to a Super Bowl party last night and came up with this outfit. I wasn't going to even take any pictures of it, since we were running out the door to get to the party, but once I had it on I immediately felt like I was in Bonnie and Clyde playing Bonnie Parker. I can't really tell you exactly why, maybe the hat or the vest combination but that was my take on it. I even started thinking about pairing it with my tweed pencil skirt from last weeks post. Thanks Kendi, I think I finally understand the joy of the 30 for 30 participation. I probably never would have put this outfit together if I wasn't limited to just a few choice pieces of clothing. I actually took the items I wore last week and separated them out so that I was forced to wear the other things I picked. It seems to have worked and a little tribute to the gorgeous Faye Dunaway's portrayal of Bonnie Parker doesn't hurt either.
